chicken masala is a curries come in many varieties but this recipe is as authentic
as you can get for a real tasty home-made Punjabi style Chicken Masala dish, which does not take very long to make.

1in a frying pan add in the onions let it fry then add in the ginger and garlic paste let it fry.
2Then add in the chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and tomato paste.
3Stir it all up then put in the chicken let it cook after its soft put in coriander and green chilies.
4serve with rice or chapati(roti)
