Aloo paratha is one of the most popular breakfast dish throughout India as well as in Pakistan. Aloo-stuffed parathas is made with dough stuffed with a spiced mixture of mashed potato. which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee. Aloo paratha is usually served with butter, chutney, curd or Indian pickles.

For parata dough
1In a large mixing bowl add flour and salt and water little by little until the dough form.
2Knead the dough for 15 minutes and cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
1boil some potato's in water after its done let it cool down. Now Mash the potato's in a bowl
2add in the onions, coriander powder, red chili powder, crushed chili, salt, green chili, zeera and coriander crushed and fresh coriander mix it up and put it to the side.
1Make small balls from the dough and roll it half way to make a small circle then add the filling to the one circle and cover it with the second circle. .
2Now roll it slightly until the desire size paratha is made Put it in a pre-heated skillet and add little bit of butter fry on both sides until golden and fully cook.
3serve with yogurt and pickle and cup of tea.
