Aloo Gobi is a dry Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Indian and Nepali cuisine dish made with potatoes (aloo) cauliflower (Gobi) and Indian spices. It is yellowish in color, due to the use of turmeric. its a vegetable dish you can find in every home.

1In a pot put in some oil after its hot add in the onions let the onions go soft then put in ginger and garlic paste next add in the tomatoes know mix it all up.
2next add in the salt, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, know take whole coriander, cumin seeds, crush them and put them in. then add half cup water mix it up let the water dry then put in the cauliflower.
3Let the cauliflower go soft then put in the potatoes know mix it all up then put in half a cup water or more if necessary.
4let the potato and cauliflower cook but not to soft when the water is dried put in the green chilies in half and fresh coriander mix it up.
5your aloo gobi is ready to serve with chapati or raita
